OUR VISION
L.E.A.D. - Learning, Empowering, Assigning, Developing
Victory Cathedral Worship Center will be a progressive and relevant ministry that will LEAD people to achieve God's best for them. We will be a community of well-informed and spiritually empowered people who will actively equip people to carry out their divine purpose while building everything around us...lives, families, homes, community, and ultimately, the world.

OUR MISSION

Victory Cathedral Worship Center exists to edify, equip, and empower the body of Christ through the inspired Word of God, authentic worship, and loving relationships that will win the world to Christ.

We are a non-denominational church, which simply means that we are not governed by a particular systematic approach to how we present and explain ministry. We are self-governed while following the teachings of the Word of God.

OUR BELIEFS
  • We believe the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God.
  • We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is God and man. He was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the Virgin Mary.
  • We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit; we believe that He is still at work for the glory of God.
  • We believe that man was created in the image of God, but fell into sin and is therefore lost and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit by believing and acknowledging that Jesus is Lord and Savior, can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.
  • We believe in the gifts of the Spirit for the perfecting of the saints.
  • We believe that the shed blood of Jesus and His resurrection provide the only grounds for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit, and through this process we become the children of God.
  • We believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are ordinances to be observed by the church during the present age. They are, however, not to be regarded as means of salvation.
  • We believe that the true church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are unified together in the body of Christ of which He is the Head.
  • We believe in the person and pre-millennial and imminent coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and that this “Blessed Hope” has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.
  • We believe in the transformed bodily resurrection of the dead: The believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, of the unbeliever to judgement and the everlasting conscious punishment.
  • We believe marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime.
  • We believe children, from the moment of conception, are a blessing and heritage from the Lord. Parents are to demonstrate to their children God’s pattern for marriage, parents are to teach their children spiritual and moral values and to lead them, through consistent lifestyle example and loving discipline, to make choices based on biblical truth. Children are to honor and obey their parents.
