What is LEAD Institute?

LEAD Institute exist to provide people with an opportunity to engage in the process of spiritual growth, development, and discovery, creating leaders who better understand their purpose and live to fulfill it. 

Learning - Empowering - Assigning - Developing
We will provide opportunities for students to attend classes where they will be edified, equipped and empowered to L.E.A.D. a Godly lifestyle at home, church, work, school and in the community.  You can attend a class that will meet you at your point of need.

Class Schedule
There are six 6-week terms throughout the year.  Classes will be offered throughout the week,
class locations and times will vary from term to term.

Walking in Victory (West/South)
Thinking about joining Victory or recently joined?  Ready to serve?  Come ready to explore the life in Christ as a Victory Walker, where you will get to know who we are, what we believe, how the Body of Christ functions within this church and how God can use you.  This is a perfect opportunity for you to ask questions and fellowship within the body of believers.  (35 people max., 10 min.)

A study course designed for new Christians.  It will help you get acquainted with the new you and aid in your growth and development in Christ.  (20 people max., 10 min.)

Men-tality (West Only)
(20 people max., 10 min.)
Men feel the pressure of fulfilling many rolls in life: husband, father, son, businessman and leader. This course will help every man understand his own emotional inner workings, and offer biblically inspired direction toward being the man God wants him to be. You will learn and gain insights that will bring clarity and hope and help strengthen your relationships with yourself, with the women in your lives and ultimately with God.

A class designed to propel women out of their comfort zone and into their divine destiny through a challenging six week curriculum that covers such topics as leadership, relationships and finance.

Who's Holding Your Ladder (West Only)
(20 people max., 10 min.)
Leadership course designed to prepare future leaders. You will learn the essentials of what makes an effective leader and how to follow. This series will deal with identification of effective ladder holders, the pitfalls of non-effective ladder holders, how to go higher and much more.
A class designed to propel women out of their comfort zone and into their divine destiny through a challenging six week curriculum that covers such topics as leadership, relationships and finance.

A Life That Matters - Practical Evangelism (West Only)
(20 people max., 10 min.)
This course is intended as a practical aid for anyone who desires to more effectively share their faith in Jesus Christ with non-believers. The focus is on personal evangelism in a relaxed conversational manner, since most evangelism is done outside of church.
